The latest amended language on the original amendment to H.B. 23-85 adds a “new” language that explicitly and unmistakably cites “30 rooms” — NOT 100 rooms per last week’s referenced article — that would be needed to allow these businesses to open up E-Gambling in Western Garapan.
In the amended language, the bill reads “within the Third Senatorial District only in an enclosed area or resort premises having 100 or more rooms, or 30 or more rooms if located on land within the following boundaries in Garapan: as set forth in Sheet 13 of 29, the area boarded by Orchid Street on the South, Beach Road on the East, Micro Beach Road on the North, and Coral Tree Avenue on the West.”
