THIS letter is to alarm our governor about the need to declare a state of emergency for medical referral purposes. We cannot afford to deny medical treatment to U.S. citizens living on Saipan.
This declaration concerns human beings who are suffering and who deserve proper medical treatment. We are not dealing here with road repairs, but with people suffering and are screaming for help from their government.
I hope this short letter may contribute to the delivery of proper medical services to our citizens suffering from severe pain.
