In the states, it is documented that more women are eligible voters than men. So I do not know if there needs to be “more promoting” done on behalf of women unless of course if it is a good financial bargain.
Also, there are men who promote women so as to get into their good graces so that they can “get some dates,” as we all know how women and girls fall for compliments, quite easily, I might add.
But in actuality, there are no differences, except anatomically, between men and women. The war in Iraq revealed, not shockingly, that women, too, did their fair share of abusing prisoners, not just at the lower levels but at the top brass level.
In the civilian community, women who are in administrative positions tend to promote women more than men but still get jealous by a younger, prettier version of themselves, especially if the younger women are a threat to their positions or even office romances.
Lastly, there is a misconception that women, because of their softer and gentler side to them, are better leaders when in fact they tend to be more dictatorial, not consensus-builders. Do men really need to coddle them at the workplace when we could do that in the privacy of our homes?
