The Friends of the Marianas Trench Marine Monument would like to thank these representatives.
They are to be commended for their intelligence, willingness to learn about the issues, integrity, bravery, bearers and guardians of the public trust. They nobly serve in public office with the duty to represent the people who elected them and not cater to special interests.
They are, in alphabetical order: Heinz Hofschneider, Tina Sablan, and Ed Salas. They all get an A+ for trying to improve the economy, increase tourism, foster research, provide more educational opportunities, bring jobs, and guaranteed federal dollars to the CNMI.
What are the other 15 so-called representatives doing to improve the lives of the people of the CNMI? One can only guess who the rest represent (WESPAC); it is certainly not the people.
I know who I am voting for come Election Day. I am voting for Tina, Heinz, and Ed. I can also vote for Heinz, Tina, and Ed. Finally, I am going to vote for Ed, Tina, and Heinz.
