Right there he let me go, but when my wife entered Portland on July 11, 2008 this same guy gave my wife a hard time, holding her for up to almost four hours.
Luckily my wife had all the proper paperwork and this Guam guy had to let my wife go because another officer of Portland immigration told him to release my wife.
My point is if you’re from Saipan the Guam boys will harass you and that’s the truth. For some reason they think they’re above the law and it just shows you how unprofessional they are.
They think the people of Saipan are their enemy # 1.
