MVA recently signed a $2.8 million contract with two companies to represent the CNMI in Japan, Korea and China.
The name of the companies were not disclosed.

The questions is what is therelationship between Marketing Garden and Century Tours?

THIS IS WHY WE NOW QUESTION MVA: A lot of money was spent promoting our homeland, by who? And why was there no PROCUREMENT or BIDS announced in PUBLIC?
Where are the TOURISTS?
We have other legitimate tour agencies on island who can do the job just as effectively. Why weren’t they given the opportunity to promote our homeland?
Makes your wonder why all those huge tour agencies packed up and left.
