Letter to the Editor: Contradicting statements

This contradicted what the governor stated in his You Tube statements.

He also pledged to the Legislature that he would not use public funds.

How is dismissing certain cases going to bring revenues? And what other funding is he using?

The central government is not remitting its contributions to the Retirement Fund. DPS operations are hampered due to shortage in funds, endangering the general public. There are threats of furloughs and all other public services are being affected.

Where is this funding for the lawsuit against the feds coming from?

Did the governor gain any revenue when he silently commuted a Covenant constituent’s sentence?

What happened to the promise of swift prosecution in the MPLA case? Millions of dollars are waiting to be collected in that case.

Has the Attorney General’s Office looked into the MPLA case or is the AGO waiting for the statute of limitation to run out?

This needs to be seriously looked into.
