It has now been over a month and still nothing has been done. This letter is series of events that I want the public to know what really happens behind closed doors at the special education bus driver department.
• My timecard is being altered by my supervisor Steven M. Pangelinan without my knowledge. Therefore I am not getting paid my actual hours. When I asked my supervisor why he tampering with my timecard, Steven’s response was: He’s following the hand book, and his other response was, “Even if you check with the commissioner, Rita Sablan, she will tell you the same thing. Peter Leau also himself said that a timecard can be altered by a supervisor.” If this is true PSS, someone show me this in writing.
• An incident report was delivered to Ray Salas, Charlie Kenti, and Karen Klaver on Nov. 21, 2008. The incident pertained to harassment on the workplace by my own supervisor Steven M. Pangelinan. This incident had to be recorded and documented because the fact that this so called supervisor also had a steel pipe in his hands during our argument. This is how a person assigned as superiority should not conduct himself in the workplace to this own employees.
• On Feb. 22, 2010 Lucia L. Blanco-Maratita provided a cell phone number in case of any further concerns. Lucia received a call concerning my letter dated Jan. 5, 2010 regarding the request for an investigation to protect employee morale. It was clear that nothing has been done. It is now March 2, 2010 and still no action has been taken.
PSS what is going on? I am a special education bus driver, I report to work on time, and I work hard. Parents acknowledge my work and trust me with their child. My own department can’t even keep employee morale in a positive manner. And this is an education department! What is wrong with this picture!
