The gas companies on Saipan are unethical and greedy. Gas should be less than $3 per gallon now in the CNMI. There has been a 60 percent reduction in the price per barrel worldwide and therefore, there should also be a 60 percent reduction in the price per gallon.
$140 x .40 = $57 per barrel
$5.05 x .40 = $2.02 per gallon
We should be paying about $2.50 per gallon in the CNMI. The U.S. is paying less than $2 per gallon on average. While the rest of the world is experiencing savings, we experience suffering. We are getting ripped off. Enough is enough! Basta ma fababa y taotao. Pat hafa mon?
