The fact that they won in the November elections is no surprise to me because the rich fat cats are the ones who funneled millions of dollars to help the Republican campaign.
If the unemployment insurance benefit doesn’t get passed this December a lot of Americans will be losing their savings, their cars, their homes and it will be a bleak Christmas. A lot of Americans will hold tight to all their money and savings to make sure they can survive all the way to the new year.
The Democrats are just trying to clean up the mess the Republicans created 10 years ago so it doesn’t make sense for Republicans to complain.
When President Obama and the Democrats passed the financial reform law to protect the consumers from Wall Street and the bankers, it made the rich Republicans very very mad because they didn’t want the federal government to regulate Wall Street and the bankers but isn’t that the reason we’re all suffering now because the Republicans wrecked our financial market in the first place and now we’re still trying to get out of this mess the Republicans created. Some may not agree with my analysis but, hello, this is my job as a college student writer.
I monitor Capitol Hill and the debates in the House and the Senate.
I have to be informed in politics, business, science and technology because that is what I study in college.
I also analyze all the news on Fox, CNN and MSNBC to see who is reporting honest news and who is manipulating the public or who is lying to the public. Even though I’m sick and tired of the misinformation provided by some news reports I am very informed and cannot be fooled by both parties in Congress or propaganda news reporters as I know better.
I cannot really trust the news reporters on everything that is why I go straight to the congressional debates to know what is really going on in our U.S. government and as a college student that is part of my assignment as a civics writer.
