If this will benefit the CNMI, then the government needs to look into this ASAP and push for it. This would mean a major increase in military activity for whichever island the runway is built on. This is the CNMI’s chance to get a piece of the defense budget pie. Tinian had the largest runway in the world at one point. The military currently leases a big part of Tinian so it would make sense to be built on Tinian.
