As a father of a teenage girl and with almost the same situation of those missing girls who didn’t have their parents around due to the impact of a divorce, I felt very strongly that one of their parents had something to do with their current missing status.
I was reading the online edition of your newspaper today in the Philippines and I called the hotline on Saipan to share my feeling about some possibilities that might help but calling from long distance wasn’t very effective.
