What is the worth that my landlord is Carolinian and my wife and I are U.S.? I have been in business in the CNMI for 22 years, through good and bad times. What is that worth? What is the worth of helping long-time businesses stay in business? What is the worth of Governor Fitial’s plea that development projects protect the interest of the landowner and existing businesses?
What is the worth of a request for five feet of land? That is what I ask for, for access to my businesses. What is the worth of the project’s architect and engineer, and the construction company agreeing that even a request of 10 feet would not harm the project?
What is the worth of this public appeal to the leadership of the courtyard project?
