I am wondering if the two islands don’t have any students that can be nominated.
It is a great opportunity for all our students on all islands to have this great opportunity for the benefit of their education.
So please have all islands treated equally.
When do we say CNMI? Is it only Saipan or all the islands that make up the CNMI?
We would like to have our students treated equal too. Thank you.
