I am not all about the monetary gains from this program. More so, I am more intuitive for the investment of well-deserving and prospective student(s) who consistently abide by the SHEFA regulations, and want to return or stay on our beautiful islands of Northern Marianas Islands; use the education and lifelong learning experiences.
With that being said, the return on investment is worth SHEFA investing upon the prospective student(s).
I advocate for myself and other students who are experiencing or may be experiencing this issue of being denied a scholarship because of policies and ramifications that are not transparent to the student(s) from the SHEFA staff members and across the spectrum. I hope the SHEFA Scholarship stakeholders will come to a reasonable consensus of the holistic revamp of the program. Si Yu’us Ma’ase.
Yours Truly,
