I was sitting down drinking my soda when something was brought to my attention. I looked up at the ceiling of the building and was shocked by what I saw. It was a big hole about one to two feet in diameter through which you could see the rebars. In some areas of the ceiling there were small holes and cracks. It is not my business but my main concern is “Safety First” that comes with the words “report all unsafe conditions to your foreman.”
I am very concerned about people’s safety. I don’t know what would happen if the ceiling collapses, but let’s prevent something before it happens. I care about people’s life and I encourage DPW’s building inspectors to look into this matter. I would appreciate it.
If no one cares about it, that’s fine with me, but if something does happen and some people or customers get injured or killed, then my letter to the editor would be the first exhibit on an attorney’s list.
