They are practicing monopolistic pricing because they are the only suppliers with a tanker. They are price fixing with Shell and we, the consumers, are the ones who have to pay. Instead of increasing the price, it should be decreased. But then again, Mobil is God and can do whatever it wants because it controls the oil in Micronesia. Thank you, Mobil. I say we invite Valero, Arco, or other gas companies to supply us so that Mobil would face true competition and prices would decline. That is of course, unless they engage in price fixing with the newcomers again.
