Hawaii had an experience comparable to what is actually transpiring now in the CNMI!
Their song goes on like this…
Six o’clock bad news is on everyday (Check out the Marianas Variety, Tribune and KSPN)
People out shooting (CNMI crime is on the rise)
Some getting paid (Government mismanagement and corruption)
Others abusing the energy delay (gasoline, CUC rate and cost of living soaring)
The weather report is the best news today (no typhoon so far)
What’s the use of complaining when nothing gets done (advice to Taotao Tano and other indigenous groups)
What’s the use of restraining from having some fun (drink and be merry)
I can’t get used to this running around, I’ll find myself chasing the blues that I’ve found And everyone’s hustling, and together they drowned. In all this confusion going up-side down, down, down.
Yesterday is moving too fast in the rain, and everyone is tasting a bit of the strain. Bogged down by pressures like pulling the train. Uptight in traffic trying to keep your sane.
But what’s the use of complaining when nothing gets done…
What’s the use of restraining from having some fun!
My people, my commonwealth wake-up! Live in REALITY! People who live in PHILOSOPHY die, but people who live PRACTICALLY, continue to progressively live on!
