Having worked for Judge Lizama for two years, I also know him as a man full of ideas, waiting for the right moment to be put in motion. The right moment has arrived. If Judge Lizama is elected as delegate, ideas like increasing the amount of vocational training available to CNMI residents, assuring better educational opportunities for those who would like to get a degree without leaving the CNMI, expanding opportunities for tourism income (perhaps by establishing a retirement facility), and renegotiating a Covenant that best expresses the spirit of the modern CNMI, will be put in motion for the benefit of all CNMI residents.
