You have mentioned that there are issues under investigation relating to homesteads that you are not at liberty to discuss publicly.
It does not take a rocket scientist to understand that this ongoing investigation is of PUBLIC concern and the people of the commonwealth await your serious and professional response.
Here is the latest report that came in from a reliable source:
“I do not have any recommendation as to where you could get a copy of the list of board of directors for Flame Sako, but during the process of being recruited by the Covenant Party in March-April I was privileged to be invited to a gathering. Note, I was never and will never be recruited by the Covenant Party. The gathering was for Flame Sako (locals and off-island) board of directors. That was where I got to see many of the key staff and board members of the company. Yes, DPL Director, Jesse Borja and Tony Reyes were present. DPL Director controlled the meeting. Gave instruction to the local Korean staff what to do and who they get their instruction from. I was supposedly being offered a job, but I turned it down.”
Care to comment on this Mr. Del Rosario?
Again, I ask you these questions and please answer yes or no:
1. Did you not sign and authorize the issuance of the Navy Hill Samoan Housing and property to employees internally?
2. Did you not convert a ponding basin located in Stanford, San Vicente to appease a known constituent with lot numbers 030 J 03 and 030 J 05?
3. Did you not pay land compensation settlement agreement to known political constituents of the COVENANT Party such as the former speaker of the House, a House member and an OPM director?
New one: Please include former Sen. Ramon Kumoi’s brother who was recently paid well over $300,000 at a time when the government is BROKE and after you stated that it is not DPL’s responsibility to pay out such land compensation settlements. Is this why former Senator Kumois’ brother is now standing behind the Covenant Party?
4. Infrastructure funding: This is where we disagree.
Anything involving PUBLIC LANDS is the public’s business.
Where did you get the infrastructure funding for the new Tinian homestead recently issued?
Did you not recently state publicly that DPL does not have the funding for any new homestead infrastructure, water, sewer and power?
5. Did you not sign and authorize the issuance of homesteads to employees internally bypassing all other applicants?
6. Did you not transfer an employee who has threatened to expose your activities?
7. Is there a moratorium on homestead issuance?
8. Did you not hand me the confidential audit report done by OPA after the abolishment of MPLA? Did you not tell me that all the crooks had to be sent to JAIL?
9. Did you not settle the lawsuit with Mrs. Chong Togawa?
10. Are you in anyway directly or indirectly involved with FLAME SAKO Resort Development?
11. Did Flame Sako deposit the initial 10 percent downpayment for our public land leased for pennies?
12. Do you owe bonus checks to supporters of your personal investor who made a mockery and a laughing stock of our legislative branch?
13. Did you not illegally issue 1.5 hectare of public land on a bogus short conveyance claim by the director of public lands in Tinian, Mr. Ray Cing, your brother-in-law, without an approved adopted minutes of the meetings by the former MPLA board which had previously rejected such a claim? Did you not have Ray Salas, your deputy then, on your behalf on all documents?
Your prompt and professional responses will be greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 256-8652 and I will be happy to assist you.
