We also believe that the board chairman, Juan Pan Guerrero who is overly confident that he will win the gubernatorial election, should not be involved because he has a huge CONFLICT of interest for he is running for public office.
In fact, he should step down as chairman, for he is using the Retirement Fund as his campaign platform which is seriously unacceptable.
Do the right thing and seek out the Fund’s assistance on the matter and deliver what is in the best interest of all retirees.
