Tells us that the allegations surfacing and being brought out in public are not TRUE, and that part of the 400 homesteads recently issued did not involve your immediate family members. Tell us that you are not in cahoots with Raynaldo Cing, director of DPL Tinian, the brother-in-law of John Del Rosario, secretary of DPL.
