Mr. Del Rosario, or should I say KING of Public Lands, care to explain why NEO GOLDWINGS is now delinquent on its first $70,000 annual lease payment?
If this investor is already seriously delinquent, how do you expect us to believe that they have $300 million in financial investments?
We seem to recall that DPL acknowledged there was an obvious conflict between two provisions that were the result of an oversight/human error in the drafting of the lease. Flame Sako expressed confidence it would be able to meet the “April 30 deadline.”
No problem. We’ll just have the Legislature re-play the audio and video recording of this joint session.
