I remember when I worked at the Marriot Hotel on Guam. There was a big facility where all the manamko’ lived and were happy and enjoyed life. That place was Trankilidad, home of the manamko’ in Tumon, Guam for those who were disabled and were using walking chairs or canes. Their family would drop them at the senior citizen hospital in Barrigada, Guam.
I think we need that kind of manamko’ facility here on Saipan.
I will try to contact Philippine Congressman Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and ask him if he is interested in investing in a manamko’ home here.
Viva Happy Thanksgiving!
