BUENAS Marianas! As you may have seen, our granddaughter, Saipan’s very own Lyllian Lepinskie, is representing our island spirit all the way in Las Vegas as a finalist in a national Cox phone case design competition.
She’s working toward a $25,000 scholarship, an opportunity that could open doors for her education and future.
