THE recent malfeasant behavior and attacks by Joe Palacios are not a cure for our Cannabis Industry and have nothing to do with our economy, just invoking that WE the People should be satisfied with losing money every year on a Cannabis Commission that WE don’t need. First you assert the “race card” when I have only referred to myself as an “outsider” when you are an outsider too Joe having come to the CNMI from Guam, duh. Next you assert that your IQ is magically 144, which I believe is a bold-face LIE and I dare you prove me wrong, as my 139 IQ was certified by the State of Tenn & 2 different Phycologists. You didn’t even know anything about our Cannabis Industry when you arrived from Guam, as you only asserted “problems with the wording in the Law” that you read-up on before being first appointed. Joe, you haven’t done anything that would even hint to you being a genius and the dysfunctional state of the Cannabis Commission is PROOF you are NOT a genius, given this is you second term and NOTHING has changed. Joe, you are only preying on “nepotism,” and it seems to be working. I just pray the Governor is not going to run again if he is going to let people like YOU & Clyde manipulate him against HIS People.
Attacking Ambrose only puts YOU & the Governor on the spot for sticking with your fickle assertion that WE need the Commission when I have PROVEN We don’t. When are you going to PROVE to the People that a Cannabis Commission is necessary is the real question, as sooner or later the People are going to get “sick & tired” of paying a Cannabis Commission that WE don’t need. You also need to stop asserting that Mr. Bob Coldeen is for the Commission when he clearly said on TV, “WE should not be spending any government money on the Cannabis Commission and Alcohol & Tobacco should be over the enforcement.” Joe, you are digging a hole that you will never climb out of because you are not smart enough to know HOW to make the Cannabis Commission worth the ridiculous salaries you guys are getting when WE continue to be in the RED. People do have common sense and getting a gang of Republicans to give you a thumbs-up in the paper doesn’t mean anything when compared to the silent majority of over 18 thousand. I’m sure there is far more support for transforming the Cannabis Commission duties that are being done by only two people to Commerce, Alcohol & Tobacco, Mayors & Municipal Councils. Your attacks also don’t sound like a genius, as a real genius would at least state facts.
Why the Governor and the Legislature are OK with continuing to pay you guys when people are suffering under austerity is truly mind-boggling when it’s clear the Cannabis Commission is nothing but a scam now to keep high paying jobs just like the Casino Commission. For over two decades the People have been complaining about the malfeasant behavior that goes on within our government and here you come from Guam Joe proving that “nepotism & favoritism” are far more important to the Governor than doing the Right Thing FOR the People. So, prove you are a genius IQ to me & the People Joe by PROVING you are right about the Commission instead of attacking me. You can’t assert anything you have done or tried to do in the CNMI so “it’s come to Jesus time” Joe, as WE say in the hood Joe, you need to DO something to prove your points and stop running your mouth! WE teach students to “stick to the issue” Joe as playing cards is not a solution FOR the People Joe. WE need solutions not your lies Joe about your IQ and your character assassination attempts the Republicans have been trying for years that don’t work — WHERE’s the BEEF Joe!
One People, One Direction.
