I’M a mother of a 20-year-old person with disability. She goes out at night or early in the morning without notice. I am a worried parent. I am asking the government to please build a special community for these special people. Their special community will be guarded. And it will have teachers, nurses, and doctors if needed.
Most of the individuals with special needs are out there picking up food from trash cans. They walk around the island without people helping them.
CNMI government, let’s build a community for them.
