THERE is no doubt the BOOST Giveaway is Ralph’s last scheme as Governor but Gee-Wizz it’s a doozy, as it seems his plan was to just “giveaway as much as possible before leaving office.” The AG is already trying to collect the illegal overtime and now it seems he may have the task of trying to collect the BOOST money. Given what has been exposed I’m surprised there hasn’t been some kind of Court Order for the recipients of the money in the program to “cease usage & return any money they have received” before they claim it’s all gone, as I’m sure many will need to give that Federal money back in the end. The entire program needs to be recalled for the redistribution of the funds in a “proper process based-on and prioritized by their status & need” that will be “fair, creditable and accountable” for all existing businesses who need help to apply. Now Ralph has the Department of Commerce facing Federal scrutiny for violating rules governing Federal money.
The more the JGO digs the more they uncover the horrors of the program and how irresponsible it was in awarding the money to businesses and in some cases, they weren’t even a business, just a proposal. It seems like the “family, friends and supporters just lined-up to get free-money” as all they had to do was get-in-line with no real justification for getting the money. It was also not surprising and even obvious as to why the Bank of Saipan, a none FDIC Bank, was given the money to disburse and why the Feds are already looking into the matter that will surely become part of their RICO Case against Ralph and HIS alleged Criminal Organization. Well, I hope citizens can now see WHY the Feds are viewing Ralph as the leader of a criminal organization with his BOOST Giveaway Scheme. Be glad Ralph didn’t get 100% reprograming authority — thank God and the House.
For sure the BOOST Program is a well-thought-out scheme to “giveaway money to certain people and businesses,” especially when there were soooo many rejections of legitimate businesses while those who didn’t even have an official business were approved. This fake-program is just more proof of my assertions that “Ralph thinks WE the People are STUPID,” as he did it right in our faces like he has been doing ever-since he started getting Federal Funds for the Typhoons. It’s now clear for me that after Ralph thought he could get away with misusing OUR money, he saw an opportunity to also misuse the Federal money coming our way — GREED, the deadly sin that killed Ralph’s & Poor-Vinnie’s careers. Vinnie should join the Democrats and run for a House Seat if he truly wants to rebuild his career — just a suggestion.
But thanks to Mr. Mafnas, the fact that Ralph and his brother were exposed for allegedly trying to “steer the sale of equipment for a kickback to his brother, Ed Propst who exposed the Torres Family business that popped-up to allegedly get tens-of-thousands a day in Pandemic money, the favoritism in selecting the primary Hotel for Pandemic Housing money, and now it’s the BOOST Giveaway Scheme,” which is really the last straw that broke the Camel’s back (the last act of a Godfather Governor) before leaving office. I don’t believe Ralph even cared about the “fallout” as long as he got the money to “HIS-People,” as I believe virtually everyone who got a check was also in another line to give-back to Ralph an “envelope full of thank-you dollars” — (kick-backs). Heck, the Finance Secretary has literally “run-away” thinking he can escape Justice. He might escape local justice but he needs to know there is no-where in the world he can hide from the Feds. I hope readers can now see that the Feds were RIGHT about Ralph being an alleged Godfather and that the Feds may be our only hope for catching and putting his entire gang in jail under the RICO Statute. One People One Direction!
