I AM wondering when will this American island have a decent hospital for dying people like me.

The hospital needs equipment and is wondering if Dial Rent-to-Own can supply us with the equipment necessary to do surgery on both my knees.

I recommend that the building for the casino be turned into a hospital to help people like me suffering from serious pain and injury caused by osteoarthritis.
