(MVA) — The 23rd Annual Taste of the Marianas International Food Festival & Beer Garden will be held in June 2022 on Saipan, featuring two weekends of some the destination’s best cuisine and entertainment
The Taste of the Marianas is organized by the Marianas Visitors Authority and is usually held during May Tourism Month. However, overall low visitor arrivals this year are expected to receive a boost in June during the Northern Marianas Pacific Mini Games, prompting MVA to schedule this year’s festival over two consecutive weekends, on June 17, 18, 19, 25 and 26.
“Taste of the Marianas is one of the most highly anticipated festivals of the year, and our team is working diligently to make this year another great success for visitors, residents, and vendors,” said MVA community projects manager Martin Duenas. “In cooperation with the Northern Marianas Pacific Mini Games Organizing Committee, we have agreed to hold the festival during the games to give the athletes and their entourages a true taste of the best the Marianas has to offer in terms of taste, entertainment, and island hospitality.”
The annual signature event of MVA will feature affordable dishes from local hotels and restaurants, live entertainment, and arts and crafts sales. The venue, vendor registration information, and other details will be announced once confirmed.
