Joy Yumul, left, and Ruel Contreras perform from Thursdays to Saturdays at 360 Beach Club, where the drinks are cold, the food is good, and the sunsets are free.
THE folks over at 360 Beach Club have a special weekend deal for island residents looking to dine and unwind, according to restaurant owner Andrew Colburn.
At 360 Beach Club, happy hour happens all night long on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with live music and karaoke as well.
The happy hour crowd has something to celebrate because all drinks are 25% off on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Women get 50% off their drinks on Thursdays for 360 Beach Club Ladies Night.
“It’s really an opportunity for people to come out and enjoy themselves,” Colburn said. “The economy is tough right now. We thought we’d do something that may give people an opportunity to go out and buy some cheap drinks and listen to some good music and relax for a change.”
Asahi, Budweiser, Bud Light, Heineken, Michelob, and Fat Tire are all on the drinks menu with liquors and cocktails priced between $9 and $12. Draft beers are on tap, and red and white wines are also on offer.
Customers can enjoy Hawaiian tuna poke, fried lumpia, mozzarella sticks, 360 Club Onion Burger, meat lovers pizza, penne pasta, and other menu items while they sip on their happy hour drinks. Dinner set specials are ready to enjoy at 30% off regular menu price. Options include the grilled mahi mahi and shrimp skewer set, normally priced at $70 but available for $49. Each set comes with an entrée, soup, salad, and a drink.
A rotating happy hour appetizer menu is on hand at 35% off regular price, with selections changing weekly. On the night Variety visited, the menu featured loaded nachos, fish and chips, calamari, among other delicious tidbits.
Live on stage is the RJ Duo, featuring Joy Yumul on vocals and Ruel Contreras on guitar. They kick off the night at 7 p.m. on all three nights, with the show running until 9:45 p.m.
“Expect a mix of music genres from the ’80s, ’90s, and beyond,” Yumul said.
“It’s a new place with new management and the food and drinks are awesome,” she added, referring to 360 Beach Club. “If you want to party you can have it here and listen to the music. You can jam, you can dance, you can even jump on stage with us.”
