The Loves of Tasi Kalamosi
His name was Senot Tasi Kalamosi
he had many different girlfriends
in younger years one was Flossie
whether she liked him all depends
she found out Tasi had many others
who lived in another island town
so Flossie went out with Tasi’s brothers
which caused ‘picaro’ Tasi to frown.

Paper and Ink, Ideas Flow and Grow
I. N.ow K.now from above and below
when ink does flow words will grow
I.f N.ews K.indles thought, what is sought
taught, bought, fought, and caught ?
What hath the internet wrought ?
What hath the media wrought?
What is the point? The point is a period.
A period that ends a sentence. (life?)
Then another continues as does life.
Life sentences us to continuing …
joys, sorrows, todays and tomorrows
and struggles for some daily peace.
A dark black political cloud overhead
symbolic of a mushroom cloud
leaving millions of people dead
the ‘point’ being when we’re seeing
we’re at a loss with thoughts of dread
Life is full of brilliance and color
enjoy the sunshine life is fuller!
