The Valentine’s Day dinner buffet will feature a romantic culinary experience with a delectable spread of smoked meats and deluxe seafood, including a special roast beef and an oyster bar. The live kitchen will include smoked prime rib, banana leaf-wrapped Marianas bottom fish, kahlua pork, smoked lamb leg, and lechon kawali. Guests may also indulge in baked mussels, beer battered squid, and more hot dishes. End the night with delicious desserts such as multiple cakes, assorted cookies, fruits, and a chocolate fondue fountain.
The Terrace offers a diverse selection of beverages to complement the love-filled feast. Guests can enjoy red and white wines, rosé wine, sparkling wine, Asahi draft beer, post- mix drinks, coffee, tea, and iced tea as part of the dining experience. The buffet goes for $75 per adult and $25 off per child (4-11 years old). To sweeten the celebration, you’ll receive a 20% early bird discount if you book on or before Feb. 11.
