(Special Advertising Feature) — Gong Xi Fa Cai! The Terrace Restaurant is celebrating Lunar New Year with a themed brunch on Saturday, Feb. 10 featuring a special Lion Dance performance at Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan.
The brunch event will include an infusion of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean-inspired menus curated by Executive Sous Chef Zenn Tomokane. Savor the flavors of festive hot dishes such as Galbi Jimm, Mapu Tofu, Miso Salmon, and more. Our live kitchen will feature a shabu-shabu station, suckling roast pig, local catch of the day, roast duck, and more for the holiday. For dessert, The Terrace will offer a special Korean sweet rice cake and bingsu along with many sweets to choose from.
Guests can also indulge in our buffet special with free-flowing draft beer, red and white wines, rose wine, tea, coffee, sodas, and post-mix drinks. The buffet goes for $65 per person and $25 per child (4-11 years old). You’ll receive a special 15% early bird discount if you book on or before Feb. 9, applicable for adult prices only. Other discounts do not apply.
Welcome the Lunar New Year with joy and culture during the traditional Lion Dance performed by the Chinese Association of Saipan at 1 p.m. in the Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan lobby. Brunch buffet starts at 11 a.m. and ends 2 p.m.
