DYNMX, a 10-member acapella group, invites the public to their limited concert, which will support their trip to the Tumon Bay Music Festival.

AWARD-WINNING acapella group DYNMX is inviting the community to a limited seating concert on March 2, this Saturday, at Marianas High School at 6:30 p.m.

Brent Michael Espineda, who is part of the 10-person ensemble, said the event can accommodate up to 250 people. Funds raised will support the group’s trip to the Tumon Bay Music Festival on Guam in March.

Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults.

Tickets can be purchased at the door or from any DYNMX member. Community members may also contact (670) 287-8604 or go to https://forms.gle/Sm86c1Ep8Qg7NkDu5

DYNMX was the 2023 winner of the Founder’s Favorite Award in the Bridge Capitol CNMI’s Got Talent competition. The group’s members are no stranger to performances or accolades, as they all are alumni of the MHS Rhythm n’ Harmony Glee Club.

The concert on Saturday is a “swan song” of sorts, Espineda said.

“The reason we wish to perform at the Tumon Bay Music Festival is to fulfill our dream of performing as a group one last time before we part ways to accomplish other dreams in life such as college and our careers,” Espineda said.

The concert theme is “Echoes of Time,” and Espineda said they will perform songs for which Rhythm ‘N Harmony has gained recognition.

Concert goers can also expect performances from the current cohort of Rhythm ‘N Harmony and The Profound Bandits.
