New strength machines have been a part of the new Chalan Kanoa Latte Built location since its soft opening. Expanded amenities are part of its grand opening on Dec. 9.
The new exercise studio at Latte Built can host workout classes for clients who want to work out between class sessions.
EXPANDED amenities, including an infrared sauna and cold plunge tank, are coming to Latte Built’s new location in Chalan Kanoa, its owner-operator Derek Cutting said.
He is inviting the public to the new location’s ribbon-cutting ceremony this Saturday, Dec. 9 at 1 p.m. on Beach Road in Chalan Kanoa in front of Aquarius Beach Tower.
Cutting said since its soft opening in September, the Chalan Kanoa location has already added new strength machines, new treadmills, and new spin bikes.
At its grand opening, Latte Built will have a new “recovery spa” amenity, which will feature a commercial grade cold water plunge tank, and a four-person infrared sauna, both of which will aid Latte Built clients in their post-workout recovery.
Cutting said the new location has a 1,000-square foot exercise studio for spin, yoga and other classes. The studio also provides a workout space for clients between classes.
Cutting said he’s excited to share his new facility with the community.
“We’ve got a lot of new stuff and that’s why we want the public to come and check it out on the grand opening,” he added. “They can see what we brought in.”
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the public may tour the gym, which is a two-story facility.
Cutting said his staff of fitness trainers will be on hand at the tour to educate visitors about the type of classes available at Latte Built.
At Latte Built, the rate for a one-month membership begins at $65, with a $10 key fee for brand new members. Other rates are available.
Cutting said for December there will be no changes in rate, but he anticipates a rate change beginning in January.
