PREPARATIONS have begun to host Marianas High School’s 3rd Teen Pageant in May.
“We’re really excited to bring this back,” says MHS counselor Christopher Cabrera. “The pageant was on hiatus for a while but it’s back.”
Pageant coordinator Alana Leon Guerrero also commented that “this pageant is really about finding a good role model amongst the teens, it’ll also help the shy students break out of their shell, build their self confidence, and it can help them make new friends, it’ll be a good experience.”
In the pageant, students will showcase their talents, personality, and will also wear a variety of apparel in front of a panel of judges.
Pageant competitor Lina Manalili says that “I’m really scared about the pageant, but at the same time, I’m really excited it because I know that this event will help me be less shy around people.”
“As of now prizes for the winner and the location of this event is still in the works,” said Leon Guerrero, expect more information on the pageant here on MV Teen!
