(MVA) — Cash prizes of $2,000 for 1st place, $1,500 for 2nd place, and $1,000 for 3rd place are being offered for the top entries of the Marianas Visitors Authority’s Mini Christmas Village at Garapan Fishing Base in Saipan. Entry is free, and participants will be provided a 4’x4’ wooden structure to decorate. Slots will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
