(Special Advertising Feature) — Hyatt Regency Saipan’s legendary Miyako, which serves the island’s only Japanese hotel buffet, is ready to welcome back guests.

After a two-and-a-half month hiatus, Miyako is reopening on Monday, March 18, 2024 to offer authentic Japanese dining experiences that include evergreen signature dishes.

Those who are looking for a sumptuous lunch buffet are invited Mondays to Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is available from Wednesdays to Fridays, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

In addition, Hyatt Regency Saipan is excited to welcome Chef de Cuisine Ryo Kojima, who will oversee the hotel’s Japanese culinary aspects.

Chef Ryo brings 22 years of Japanese culinary experience to Hyatt Regency Saipan. In 1992, Kojima started his career in Tokyo and has worked as the official residence chef for the Consulate General of Japan in New Zealand and the Embassy of Japan in the Ukraine.

After joining the Hyatt family in 2010, Chef Ryo worked at various locations, including Grand Hyatt Dubai, the Bahamas, and most recently at the 1,600-room Grand Hyatt Jeju.

On Saipan, he will work with Executive Chef Christopher Adams, and bring his expertise to other areas of the hotel’s culinary landscape.
