THE Rotary and Rotaract clubs of Saipan, in collaboration with the NMI Museum, will present a “Spooktacular Halloween” community event, “No Tricks, Just Treats,” at the NMI Museum in Garapan on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Rotary Club’s community service director Joann T. Aquino said their goal is to hold an activity that will “build goodwill and better friendships, be beneficial to all concerned and most definitely be fun for all.”
“We’ve coordinated with several non-governmental organizations, businesses, agencies and programs to pass out candy and other treats from the newly constructed huts on the NMI Museum grounds,” she added.
The master of ceremonies will be local comic Patrick Arriola.
In addition, there will be a “Night at the Museum Movie,” pumpkin-pie eating contest, a Spooktacular costume contest, Saipan Music & Dance Studio dance performances, musical entertainment provided by Marvin Deleon Guerrero and the MG Muzik Productions, magic performances by Neil Fama and Joel Salvosa, and a special performance of rapper Andrew Austin.
Moreover, there will be an inflatable bouncy house and slide for the children.
There will be over a dozen Spooktacular outdoor inflatables ranging in height from 5 feet to 12 feet and some as long as 10 feet that will be displayed for children and families to enjoy and take photos.

“We look forward to providing a safe and fun environment for everyone,” Mrs. Aquino said. “And as always, we encourage everyone to please continue to wear their mask, wash their hands and watch their distance.”
