BUSINESS coach and podcaster Asia Camacho Hilario will host “Pour Into You: A Sound Bath for Mamas” on Saturday, Jan. 11, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Aqua Resort Club.
Sound baths utilize crystal singing bowls and other soothing ambient sounds to promote healing of the “mind, body, and spirit” through guided group meditation.
“Imagine being wrapped in soothing, healing sounds that calm your mind and relax your body,” Hilario said in a media release. “Through this meditative experience, you’ll release the stress you’ve been carrying and make space for renewal and self-love.”
Hilario has been hosting sound bath events for the community since July 2024. This latest event will be held on her mother’s birthday to honor her as well as other mothers across the island.
“Moms do so much — they pour endlessly into their families, friends, and communities, often without the recognition they truly deserve,” Hilario said. “Mothers carry the weight of so much invisible labor, and I wanted to create a space where they could pause, pour back into themselves, and be celebrated for all that they are. This event is deeply personal for me because I wouldn’t be the person I am today without my mom. Sound healing has been a transformative part of her journey, helping her find peace and healing in ways that have also brought us closer. Through this practice, we’ve grown in compassion and understanding for one another, and I want to share that gift with others. By hosting this sound bath on her birthday, I hope to honor her and invite others to join in a collective space of healing and growth.”

General admission is $15. A special price of $20 is available for guests who want to bring their mothers to the event.
