San Vicente Elementary School teacher Dr. Patrick Castillon, center back row, raises his glass trophy after he was named CNMI state finalist for the prestigious Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science and Technology. His SVES family led by Principal Paulette Tomokane and the PSS leadership led by Commissioner of Education Dr. Alfred B. Ada, the PSS Science Program and PAEMST State Coordinator Asapmar Ogumoro congratulated Dr. Castillon who was selected for his outstanding contributions in the field of math and science teaching. The national winners will be announced by the White House.
