TAILS of a FRYING LYING CHICKEN (2022)

WHY did the Bigly chicken cross the road?
he was scared of the numbers on the other side
WHICH came first the chicken or the egg?
the correct answer is donate up a $ peg
WHEN did the chicken cross the road?
he did it when a red hat Fox came by
WHO won the race chicken or egghead?
egghead, the chicken’s brains were scrambled
WHAT did the chicken see across the road?
no taxes, power, and foreign bank loans
WHY do people follow the chicken fat slob?
money, power, politics, fear of losing a job
Yudono Idotu says, “watashi wa tonchiki”
speaking ‘tongue in cheek’ all this weekly.

Here is an experimental poem that can be read 3 ways.
Read two columns vertically and each line horizontally:

GRUMPY TRUMPY & a Litany of Old Lies – No Surprise

The old Grump                  old Bone Spurs – no surprise
speech on stumps        extramarital affairs – no surprise
down on their dumps       fake universities – no surprise
the young Grumps        fake family charity – no surprise
who were not there yet          his net worth – no surprise
before senescent pumps         his bankrupt businesses
always hard to forget     hiding tax returns – no surprise
POTUS 45 Grump           on size of inauguration crowd
from  Epstein’s dump           hush money to sex victims
would forget why            sex abuse of teen contestants
but continued to try              inciting Capitol insurrection
a less senile Grump           losing a presidential election
Bullying and compulsive prevaricating to beat the band
Grump lies on top of lies within without and on demand.

RENEWING RESOLUTIONS and SONNET SOLUTIONS

“Renewing is called into play when the battle is a stalemate
and you and your opponent are making no progress.
Then you must renew your mind and begin as if over again.
Let go of your former rhythm and begin with a fresh and
different one. Renewing means that when we are in a
deadlock with the opponent and cannot change anything
about our circumstances, we instead change our mindset
and win by using a new tactic. It is vital to understand
Renewing in large-scale strategy as well.” Quote from
‘The Fire Book, in The Book of Five Rings, by Samurai
master, Miyamoto Murashi (1584 – 1643).

Let us resolve that we rid the U.S. of the ‘horror’ of the
Trump regime; the ‘horror’ of his bombing and wars; and
the tragic destruction he is foisting on our democracy.
