Refreshing Wednesdays
While Wednesdays for other establishments can be considered a slow day, it’s not the case for Ebisuya because this is the day when a fresh shipment of Japanese products come in.
Customers can expect to find fresh fruit like pears, persimmon, oranges, parsley, mint, fish and seafood, and other Japanese food and drinks.
“Our stocks do not stay on the shelves long because we always replenish, so we can assure our customers that our displays are always fresh,” Ebisuya said.
Ebisuya is not closing its eyes to the worsening economic situation in the island. With this, they have reduced their prices in most of their items to help the community make both ends meet.
“Our assurance to the community is we offer fresh stocks at lower prices,” Ebisuya said.
