NMC tourism students visit museum

NMI Museum of History and Culture Executive Director Robert Hunter led the students and NMC business instructor Larry Lee on a tour of the Museum’s exhibits.

Hunter also shared interesting historical facts about the Pre-Contact, Spanish, German, Japanese, and Trust Territory periods in the NMI’s history.

“This type of hands-on experience really broadens our students’ perspectives, especially as they learned so much about our unique cultures and how they were influenced by the various colonization periods, and about one of our exciting local tourist attractions,” said Lee.
