HAGÅTÑA (The Guam Daily Post) — A patient was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after a car collided with a scooter in Tamuning on Thursday evening.
As the sun was setting on Thursday, northbound lanes on Marine Corps Drive were blocked in Tamuning near the Docomo Pacific headquarters for an apparent motorcycle crash.
Guam Fire Department spokesperson Nick Garrido confirmed with The Guam Daily Post that units arrived shortly after 6 p.m. in response to an “auto vs scooter” collision.
Upon arrival, GFD assessed the operator of the scooter, who was transported later to Guam Memorial Hospital with minor injuries, Garrido added.
The Post was unable to confirm age or gender of the patient, or whether the Guam Police Department was contacted about the collision.
