According to the police report, the two male suspects were spotted drinking by Koror State Ranger Ace Kikuo at the Koror State government building.
Kikuo immediately called the police and reported the minors’ conduct.
Police responded and apprehended the suspects. They were brought to Koror Jail and issued citations.
Meanwhile, a woman was found with illegal possession of marijuana after she was arrested by the police for a complaint of drunk and disorderly conduct.
The woman was identified as Marcia Adelbai.
Based on the report, at around 3 a.m. on July 4, a female Palauan called the police and reported Adelbai for being drunk, yelling and throwing stones at her house near the Bayside Bar.
Police officers arrested Adelbai and brought to the police station. While conducting police search they found marijuana on her possession.
The suspect was then booked and confined.
The case is pending and under investigation.
