Chief Ismael Aguon said that the first DUI incident was reported on Friday at 7:59 p.m. at the Mobil Topside gas station.
Traffic officers responded to the scene and found that vehicle number one was traveling on the main highway when it collided to another vehicle.Aguon said investigation showed that the driver of the vehicle number two was trying to make a left turn at the intersection when it collided with the first vehicle.The driver of the first vehicle was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.Aguon said the driver was charged with DUI and reckless driving.Aguon said another driver was cited for DUI and reckless driving on early morning of Sunday when the vehicle he was driving with collided into a concrete wall in front of the KR shopping in Dngeronger.The driver was coming from T-Dock when it lost its control and collided into a concrete wall, at the side of the road.Also on Sunday at 1:10 a.m., a man who almost hit a pedestrian was also arrested for reckless driving.The man was driving his vehicle along the highway in front of Bestmart establishment when it almost struck a pedestrian.
