Sgt. Michael Rafael identified the men as Stanfford Stephanus, 26; Iyar Ngirchomlei, 20 and Claison Tellei, 34.
Tellei and Ngirchomlei were arrested on July 11 for causing disturbances in front of New Juice City store in Topside and in front of Bangikoi store in Madelaii.Staphanus on the other hand was booked and confined for DUI after he engaged in traffic accident on Sunday.The incident was reported to the police at 2:41 am in Ngesaol.Stephanus was on his way to Airai when he over took several vehicles at the Ngesaol intersection and hit another car.Stephanus was subjected for Field Sobriety Test.He failed the test, the police report indicated.Meanwhile a juvenile is now under investigation for malicious mischief incident.Sgt. Rafael said the juvenile threw a hard object that broke the windshields of a man’s car.The car was travelling in Meyuns when hit by an object.The juvenile fled the scene, Rafael said.
