Demei in an interview said that there is a pending bill before the Olbiil Era Kelulau to extend the performance of said work by the BLS for two more years.
This part of the BLS work was supposed to have expired on Aug. 11, but after the Consumer Protection Act measure was signed into law, the work was extended until Oct. 31.RPPL 7-26 mandates that after Aug. 11, monumentation, cadastral work and filing of claims will no longer be part of the BLS work.The work of land registration employees included the registration claims, issuing the required notices, providing the Land Court with the required information for Land Court hearings and providing temporary and permanent mapping of land parcel and boundaries with respect to the ownership of the land.
